Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Conversation Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing conversational AI interactions that provide an engaging and intuitive user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conversational design, linguistics, and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversation flows for our AI-driven engagement platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI architects and engineers, to integrate conversational designs into the platform.

• Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve conversation designs.

• Create and maintain documentation for conversational flows and design guidelines.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and implement best practices in design strategies.

• Conduct user testing to validate and refine conversational experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Linguistics, Communication, Information Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience in conversational design, preferably in an AI or machine learning environment.

• Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI technologies.

• Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large language models and AI chatbots.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
