Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Content Specialist to join our ambitious team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with our core audience – university students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with myUniMate's mission and objectives.

• Create a variety of content types (articles, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, etc.) to drive engagement and support our platform's features.

• Analyze and review educational and technology-related software and platforms, providing insightful content that aligns with student needs and interests.

• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to produce relevant content that highlights the benefits of myUniMate to our user base.

• Manage and update product directories, ensuring accurate and current information.

• Optimize content for SEO to maximize visibility and reach.

• Monitor trends in student engagement, educational technology, and content marketing, applying these insights to content strategy.

• Work closely with the team to understand customer needs, providing recommendations and advice that enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and understand software platforms in an educational context.

• Exceptional writing skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and engaging content.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools for content ideation and creation.

• Adept at researching and staying updated with trends in technology, especially in education and student engagement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Experience with SEO and content optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
